1. Subscription Payments

Yufuza operates on a prepaid subscription basis. All payments are collected upfront for each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • You were mistakenly charged multiple times
  • You experienced a verified technical issue that prevented platform usage
  • You cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment and have not actively used the platform

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Transaction reference or invoice ID
  • Reason for refund request

Refund reviews typically take up to 5 business days.

4. Billing Through Paddle

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If your refund is approved, it will be issued via Paddle to your original payment method.
